WHEN DOES MY WEEK START?
Once you book, you’ll receive a quick intake form so I can get to know you and what’s feeling heavy right now. Your week of support officially begins the following Monday morning (unless we arrange another start date together).
If you book on a weekend, your week will start the next Monday (not the one right after your purchase). This helps me make sure you have a smooth, fully supported start.
How does the text support work?
We’ll chat via voice notes and text messages inside a private app called Voxer (I’ll send you the link after you book!). You can send messages anytime throughout the day, and I’ll reply during my set support hours, Monday–Friday. Think of it as having me in your pocket — guiding, grounding, and helping you shift things in real time.
What can we work on together?
Anything that feels hard or heavy in motherhood right now — sleep, daily rhythms, routines, confidence, boundaries, overwhelm, reconnecting with yourself… truly whatever you need most that week.
How much access do I have to you?
You can message me anytime throughout the week (Monday–Friday), and I’ll reply thoughtfully within my support hours each day. I give each mama my full attention and hold space for you like I would for a close friend — with compassion, honesty, and zero judgment.
