Support Dates: Your week of text + voice-note support begins on the Monday after your purchase (if booked Monday–Friday). If you book on a weekend, your week begins the following Monday.

Communication: You’ll have access to text and voice support Monday–Friday during Brittni’s support hours. Messages sent outside of these times will be replied to the next business day.

Refunds: Due to the nature of this intimate, personalized support, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Scope of Support: This service provides emotional support, guidance, and education. It is not therapy, medical advice, or a replacement for licensed professional care.

Boundaries & Respect: All communication should be kind, respectful, and within the scope of the offer. Brittni reserves the right to end the container early if boundaries are not honored (refunds will not be issued in this case).
